Courtney Kent

Courtney is a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™ and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #76116). She attended UCLA for her Masters in Social Welfare and Georgetown University for her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
Courtney utilizes her clinical training to incorporate various evidenced-based practices into her work. These practices include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Courtney customizes her approach with each client. She prioritizes authentic feedback and provided concrete coping skills so that her clients can learn to navigate stressors effectively.
Courtney's specialties include: anxiety, depression, relationship stressors, career stressors, journey of parenthood, burnout, grief, life changes and emotion dysregulation. Courtney enjoys working with teens, adults and couples to help them build a meaningful life.
Charlotte Wickham

Charlotte received her Master’s Degree in Social Welfare from UCLA and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UCSD. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #76915) through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and a DBT-LBC Certified Clinician™.
Charlotte’s clinical training has focused on multiple evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE). In her practice she integrates these different approaches to collaboratively design a treatment plan tailored to each individual's needs to meet their specific goals.
Charlotte specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, life changes, journey of parenthood, relationship stressors, emotion dysregulation/impulsivity, career stressors, trauma, and disordered eating. She works with adults individually or couples to collaboratively improve their quality of life.
Kronk
Kronk is our resident therapy dog. He will find every opportunity to show his love for you through face kisses. He is a perfect companion in sessions. He also enjoys long walks in the park. His ideal date April 25th, because it’s not to hot, not too cold. All he needs is light jacket!
